By using https://reelpull.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ReelPull allows you to download Instagram Reels on the client side. You remain responsible for complying with Instagram’s terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Use by minors requires parental consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Use the Service for commercial redistribution.
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service and website design are owned by ReelPull. Instagram and Meta trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ReelPull BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReelPull harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
